Is Chuck Taylor All Star Premier a discontinued line? If not, how come the Converse store employees have no idea what I am talking about?

Has anyone else noticed that when the kids on gLee performs at the end of the show, they're all wearing Chucks?

These are pictures of my best friend's wedding. She wore white custom Converse with red stitching to match the bridesmaid's dresses. I was her matron of honor and wore red chucks with white stitching. :)

So, I just bought two new pairs of converse, classic black and charcoal gray.  I still have the box from my last pair and now two more, I would really love to do something cool with them. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone done anything cool with their boxes?

Sorry if this doesn't really belong here, but I've been a lurker of this comm for a while, and I figured you guys knew your way around Converse.

I'm wondering about a pair of Chucks I owned in junior high school, that I got from Hot Topic actually. (embarrassment)  They were black/pink lowtops, and kind of Asian inspired.  They had small flowers on them, I want to say cherry blossom.  The fabric of the shoes was some kind of silk or satin.  I lost them a long time ago and I've been desperately searching the internet to get another pair, but I have no idea what to search. D:  Anyone know which shoes I'm talking about?
